The Right Tools Make All the Difference

The Science Behind a Healthier Smile

In-House Digital Design and Printing Is the Technology That Surprises Patients Most

We design and print dental prosthetics entirely in-house. Dr. Bean uses your 3D scans to design your teeth digitally, then prints them in our lab before surgery.

There is no outside lab, no shipping, and no waiting weeks for something to come back. For full-arch patients, this means teeth can be ready on surgery day. For crown and bridge patients, it may mean same-day delivery.

If something needs to be adjusted or replaced, we can handle it here.

3D Imaging (CBCT)

Cone beam CT gives us a three-dimensional view of your teeth, jawbone, sinuses, and nerve pathways.

Dr. Bean uses CBCT to plan surgical cases digitally before treatment begins. He maps implant positions, angles, and prosthesis fit on screen, working backward from the final result.

By the time you are in the chair, the plan has already been built and refined.

Digital X-Rays

Digital X-rays produce clear images instantly, with significantly less radiation than traditional film.

They help us catch cavities, infections, bone loss, and other concerns early. They also allow us to monitor existing dental work over time.

iTero Digital Scanning

The iTero scanner creates a precise 3D model of your mouth without traditional impression trays.

We also use iTero’s smile simulation feature during consultations. Jennifer can show you a preview of what your result could look like, giving you something visual to respond to before treatment begins.

Intraoral Cameras

Intraoral cameras capture close-up images of your teeth and gums in areas that are difficult to see during a standard exam.

The images appear on a screen, so we can show you exactly what we see and explain why a certain treatment may be recommended.

Laser Dentistry

We use a diode soft-tissue laser for procedures involving the gums and oral tissues.

Common uses include gum treatments, crown lengthening, frenectomies, gumline reshaping, cold sore treatment, and removing damaged tissue.

For patients, laser treatment often means less bleeding, lower infection risk, and smoother healing.

Air Abrasion

Air abrasion removes small areas of decay using a focused stream of air and fine particles instead of a traditional drill.

It is quiet, minimally invasive, and may eliminate the need for anesthetic in some cases.

Painless Injections

For procedures that require local anesthesia, we use the Wand STA system.

It delivers numbing medication slowly and precisely, making injections more comfortable than a traditional syringe.

carifree cavity prevention system

Some patients are more prone to cavities because of genetics, diet, pH levels, or the bacterial environment in the mouth.

CariFree uses rinses and toothpastes to help neutralize acid and support healthier enamel. For patients who keep getting cavities despite brushing regularly, it can be an important part of prevention.

Dr. Bean also uses CariFree with full-arch patients to help support healthier gums and a cleaner oral environment.

why it matters

Technology matters when it improves the experience for you.

At Complete Dental Care, these tools help us diagnose more clearly, plan more carefully, treat more efficiently, and explain your care in a way that is easier to understand.

If you have questions about any of the technology we use, we are happy to walk you through it during your visit.
